The many hats of business ownership

Many of us got into business ownership as canine rehab therapists without having much, if any, background in business, marketing, or general operations. While passion for what we do are a must to make this business thing work, we will eventually need to learn and develop a whole new set of skills related to entrepreneurship to make our business sustainable, but how do we balance out all the different roles and hats we need to wear as business owners?
