Diagnosing the symptoms within your business
During a recent coaching call with our Incubator Mastermind students I recently discussed my formula for embracing growth and changes within our business, regardless if we are just starting or have a team working with us. Along that discussion I dove deeper into something that I thought it would be useful to share with our podcast audience, which is the concept of first diagnosing what is truly wrong with our business before looking for how to fix it.
